Making gingerbread is an art that cannot be rushed. It takes time, finesse and patience.  This Snowbaby is carefully rolling out the dough and will soon be cutting it into Christmas themed shapes that will later be decorated with icing It's a labour of love.

Some of Kristi's most-cherished Snowbabies have been given a modern makeover, nearly three decades after making their original debut. We're calling the collection 'Kristi's Classics'. It's an ode to our history, while celebrating the evolvement of Snowbabies. This charming, porcelain bisque figurine is hand-painted, comes with a commemorative tag, real knitted hats and is designed by Kristi Jensen Pierro.
