This Japanese ceramic bell is probably 30-40 years old, and depicts Daikokuten, one of the Seven Gods of Happiness. The sticker on the back says that it comes from Kiyoshikojin, a Buddhist temple in Hyogo Prefecture.
There is general wear and dustiness, with quite a lot of smudges, but there is no significant structural damage.
