Glass & Porcelain Lacquer

For use with decopatch papers and decoupage napkins and paper when applying to glass and porcelain. When it is dry it is water resistant and transparent. Great for the decoupage pro.
You can use this 2-in-1 Decoupage Medium first as a glue for pasting your paper to your craft item. Then add a coat over the top to smooth the paper and seal it.
