Annual Bell - 1979
German porcelain manufacturers Goebel are world-famous for their partnership with Sister Maria Innocentia Hummell, and have been producing figurines and other items based on her designs since the 1930s.
In the 1970s and 1980s Goebel produced a series of commemorative hand-bells, with a new design released each year, usually replicating one of that year's figurine designs.
This is bell with girl the 1979, and it bears the Hummell signature and the Goebel stamp.
